The Local Lead
Engine
This is a one-time install that puts a proper system around enquiries, from first contact through to follow-up and booking.
It includes the setup, build, configuration, and handover needed to make all parts of the system usable in real day-to-day work. Once installed, it’s yours to run.
On a short call we can confirm if this is the right fit for you and discuss the process for your business.

The Operating Pack
The Operating Pack builds on the Local Lead Engine by adding the routines, assets, and working standards that help the system get used properly over time.
It’s designed for businesses that want consistency, clarity, and less reliance on memory or ad-hoc follow-up.
Most clients decide whether they need this during our initial call but it can be added later.

The Maintenance Pack keeps the system working as intended over time, with checks, corrections and maintenance so standards don’t slip.
It’s designed for businesses that want confidence that things are being handled properly without having to constantly check themselves.
This can be added at any point during installation or once the system is live.

Founding Partners
For a small number of early clients, we offer adjusted pricing while we complete our first installations and build real-world case studies.
In return, we ask for honest feedback and permission to reference the work once the system is live.
