These Terms & Conditions explain how Connolly & Company works with clients and what you can expect when using our services. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms.

About Connolly & Company

Connolly & Company provides system installation and operational support services for local service businesses across the UK. These include, but are not limited to:

We do not provide advertising, lead buying, or outsourced marketing services.

Engagement and suitability

All work begins with a discussion to confirm whether our services are a good fit for your business.

We reserve the right to decline work where we believe our services are not suitable or would not add value.

Services provided

Our services are focused on installing, structuring, and maintaining enquiry handling and operational systems.

This may include:

system setup and configuration

workflows and processes

documentation and guidance

calls, walkthroughs, and handover

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are limited to what is described on our website or confirmed during the onboarding process.

What we do not provide

To avoid any misunderstanding, Connolly & Company does not:

guarantee results or revenue

provide advertising management

run social media accounts on your behalf

buy or sell leads

replace internal staff or day-to-day management

Our role is to install and support systems, not to operate your business for you.

Client responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

provide accurate and timely information

engage reasonably during the installation period

make decisions when required

implement and use the systems provided

Results depend on how systems are used once installed.

Fees and payment

Fees are agreed in advance before work begins.

One-time installs are payable as agreed prior to commencement

Ongoing services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless specified

Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

Late or missed payments

If payment is not received on time:

work may be paused until payment is brought up to date

ongoing services may be suspended

We will always aim to resolve payment issues reasonably and informally first.

Cancellations and termination

You may cancel ongoing services by providing reasonable notice.

One-time installs:

once work has started, fees are generally non-refundable

exceptions may apply at our discretion

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

payments remain outstanding

terms are breached

continued work is no longer viable

Intellectual property

All frameworks, systems, documents, and materials created by Connolly & Company remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

You are granted the right to use these materials within your business once payment has been made.

You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose our materials without written permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Liability

Connolly & Company provides services in good faith and with reasonable care.

We are not responsible for:

business losses

missed opportunities

decisions made using installed systems

outcomes outside our control

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services provided.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
